Payments to Scottish Developers

General

Payments via Eventbrite will contain a booking fee which is not refundable. The booking fee is displayed at the time of booking. Specific events will have their own policies regarding the terms of the remainder of the payment.

Geek & Conference Dinners

Any advanced payment for geek dinners is normally in the form of a deposit. The deposit is not refundable as it is used to secure the restaurant booking. However, if you can no longer attend we are happy to transfer the booking (and therefore) the deposit payment to someone else if you let us know in advance.  After the meal any remainder of the payment will be taken.

Sponsorship

Payments for sponsorship will be subject to any individual terms agreed for the sponsorship.
